Powder coated rear sub frame and sway bar. All bolts plated in gold-zinc or replaced with stainless steal. New subframe mounts, H&R Sport Springs, trailing arm bushings and sway bar bushings.

As part of the rear suspension rebuild I also replaced the exhaust system. I reused the manifold and twin pipe but had them media blasted and then painted them with POR15 manifold coating.
New down pipe, muffler, hangars, gaskets, bushings, bolts, lock nuts, anti-seize goo and exhaust studs.
Heater box rebuild, a set on Flickr.
Replaced heater motor, fan, seals, bolts and caulk. Replaced all the foam seals on the the internal flaps. Also repaired cracks in the plastic and wiring.
The new fan motor is a Porsche one which will last a lot longer.
Front suspension rebuild, a set on Flickr.
Rebuilt the front suspension with new end links, motor mounts, center link, idler arm bushings, control arm bushings, radius arm bushings, sway bar end links, sway bar bushings and a refreshed steering box ( new seals, gasket and fluid).
The sub frame, steering arms, disc break covers, and control arms were all powder coated at NRI Powder Coating in South San Francisco.
